Learn the Fundamentals of AINo code, no math.

Curious about AI, but every explanation loses you by the third sentence?

You need a clear, structured, non-technical place to start, one that gives you a real foundation before you touch a single tool. You have come to the right place.

The full 120 minutes

Six chapters. One sitting.

Six ideas, in the order they make sense. Every one of them drawn, in plain words, with nothing you need to look up afterwards.

  1. Chapter 01

    The AI Cold War

What is AI and the decades-long battle between two groups of AI researchers.

  2. Chapter 02

    Artificial Neural Networks

What an AI looks like. Breaking down the Artificial Neuron, the concept of layered pattern recognition, and how layers of numbers become the AI.

  3. Chapter 03

    Training Data

How all data (text, images, video, etc.) is perceived by AI, and the critical difference between raw data and “intelligence”.

  4. Chapter 04

    The Learning Algorithm

How AI learns to be “smart”. The genius of Backpropagation, the Forward and Backward Pass game, and the tricks used to prevent hallucination.

  5. Chapter 05

    Large Language Models (LLMs)

From Narrow to General Intelligence. The 2012 “Big Bang”, the Pre-training/Fine-tuning formula, the Transformer (the ‘T’ in ChatGPT), and the power of Next Word Prediction.

  6. Chapter 06

    Artificial General Intelligence (AGI)

The Race to AGI. The GPT scaling formula, the role of RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) in controlling AI, and a look at what the next decade of AI holds.

  7. Two hours. Then it makes sense.

You leave knowing the story of how AI got here, what is actually happening behind the screen when you use it, and where it goes next. Not memorised. Understood, well enough to back yourself in the room.

Questions people actually ask

Do I need any technical background?

None. No code, no math, no prerequisites. The class was designed for non-technical professionals, tested on them, and refined across four public sessions.

Is this about ChatGPT tips or prompt tricks?

No. This is the machinery underneath: what a model is, how it is trained, and why it behaves the way it does. Once you have that, the tips take care of themselves.

When is the next session?

Sunday 27 September 2026, 1:00 pm IST (9:30 am Paris, 07:30 UTC). Registration is open and the joining link is emailed to you.

How long is it, and what does it cost?

120 minutes, live, online, and free. Seats are capped at 50 per session so the Q&A stays real.

Who teaches it?

Ayushman Dash, Head of Data & AI at Jus Mundi, former founder & CEO of NeuralSpace.AI, 13+ years building AI. You are learning from someone who trains these systems for a living.

Can my company get a private session?

Yes, the same class runs privately for teams, plus tailored applied sessions. Get in touch.

The next cohort is Sunday 27 September

“I've learned so much about AI from Ayushman. He possesses incredible clarity of thought and can explain difficult concepts with the simplest of analogies. I've interacted with tons of AI and machine learning scientists in my career but none come close to Ayushman's ability to convert theoretical R&D experiments into real-life MVPs that create actual customer value.”
