About
Hi, I'm Ayushman.
I have been building AI for 13+ years, in Germany, Canada, India and now Paris.
I led research, shipped models to production, founded a company on it and raised $3M.
Today I lead Data & AI at Jus Mundi, teach AI on the side, and build small things for the fun of it.

Now · Paris
Legal AI where hallucinations are not an option.
At Jus Mundi my team builds Jus AI, autonomous agents doing legal research over a massive multilingual corpus of international law. Lawyers stake their arguments on what it returns, so we measure everything. When we rebuilt the research agent, independent auditors preferred it 5 to 1 over the version before.
Everyone on my teams builds with AI now, engineers, PMs, designers. That is what AI in Practice is about.

2020–25 · Founder
The company, start to finish.
I founded and ran NeuralSpace.AI, language AI for the languages most of the industry skipped: 25+ Arabic dialects, Tagalog, Indian languages. We raised $3 million, grew revenue 600% in a year, said no to a $15M acquisition offer, and worked with enterprises from Aramco to ABS-CBN.
In 2025 I shut it down, and wrote honestly about how that felt. The research my team did there still stands.

2016–20 · Research
Where I learned to do the work.
An M.Sc. in AI at TU Kaiserslautern, research at DFKI and MindGarage, then Element AI in Montréal. I published papers along the way, including one I was almost done writing when the Transformer paper landed and I chose to start over.

Teaching
Why I teach.
I learned most of what I know the hard way, and learning does not have to be painful. That is why the masterclass exists: two hours, no code, no math, and you can lead any AI conversation with confidence.
The vision is simple. Every non-tech professional able to lead an AI initiative, and a future where people think of AI as part of their team, not just a tool.

The other signal
Before any of this, a guitar.
I have played guitar since high school, in a string of bands growing up, Shabd, a prog-fusion band in Bhubaneswar, and Namenlos, the one that stuck. In 2020 I wrote, played and produced an EP alone in my Montreal apartment, Hri, released as Mysoulisahippie and featured in Rolling Stone India. I mastered the whole record with AI, years before that was a normal sentence.
